About the estate
The Swiss winery Cave Soleil de la Sarvaz was founded in the early 1980s by Christian Perraudin in Valais. Ten grape varieties are cultivated on just over five hectares of vineyards, located primarily on the right bank of the Rhône within the municipality of Saillon. The estate works according to strict integrated production standards without the use of herbicides, focusing on low yields. In the cellar, the use of barriques and blending is entirely avoided to produce natural, pure, and authentic wines. The portfolio features varieties such as Johannisberg, Humagne Rouge, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Cornalin, Petite Arvine, and Fendant under the AOC Valais designation.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Silvaner. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
