About the estate
The Cave Mont Bonvin estate was founded in 1985 by Jean Louis and Nelly Robyr in Crans-Montana in Valais, and today cultivates 0.55 hectares of vineyards under the AOC Valais denomination. Having started with a small plot, the vineyard area was expanded over the years through acquisitions, with family members involved in the operations from the very beginning. In 2020, management of the business was handed over to their grandson Michael Bonvin, who completed his diploma as a winemaker in 2019. The portfolio comprises eleven grape varieties, producing white, rosé, and red wines, as well as selections aged in oak barrels.
