About the estate

The Cave Marie-Bernard Gillioz estate has cultivated three hectares of vineyards in Valais since 1992. The parcels are distributed across the terraced slopes within the Sion and St-Léonard appellations. The winery places a strong emphasis on environmental protection, biodiversity, and sustainable soil management. Vinification is carried out separately for each parcel with minimal intervention in the cellar to preserve the distinct character of the grape varieties and terroirs. The property operates according to integrated production guidelines and is currently transitioning to organic farming.

The eno directory lists 20 wines, mostly from Petite Arvine and Pinot Gris.
