About the estate

The Swiss family-owned Cave Le Grillon estate in Fully, Valais, looks back on a history dating back to 1945 and is now managed in the third generation. The vineyards are situated on steep terraced slopes with inclinations of up to 70 percent, benefiting from optimal sun exposure. Due to the severe gradient, mechanization is impossible, meaning all vineyard work is carried out entirely by hand. The portfolio includes traditional wines alongside various specialties such as Petite Arvine and Chardonnay. The winery follows a reasoned and responsible approach in harmony with nature.
