Cave du Liquidambar

About the estate

The Cave du Liquidambar estate is located in St-Pierre-de-Clages in the Swiss region of Valais and was founded through the passion of an oenologist and a winegrower. The vineyards are situated on the alluvial cone of Chamoson beneath towering cliffs and benefit from a sunny, dry, and ventilated climate. The winery is certified organic, focusing on living soils and high biodiversity among the vine rows. Cultivating around a dozen parcels with nearly as many grape varieties, the estate produces characterful white and red wines as well as a dedicated blend line. With an annual production of about 6000 bottles, it ranks among the smallest cellars in the region.
