About the estate
The Cave des Dolles estate is a traditional family winery with 2.5 hectares of vineyards in the Swiss wine region of Vaud. The steep vineyards in Rivaz are situated in the heart of the terraced Lavaux region, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The cultivated plots benefit from abundant sunshine and shape the distinct character of the wines. The portfolio includes wines from the St-Saphorin and Dézaley Grand Cru appellations as well as various blends. Some of the wines are aged in barrique barrels, giving them a fine structure and subtle tannins.
