About the estate

The Swiss winery Cave des Cailles cultivates 18 hectares of vineyards distributed between Sierre and Leytron. The estate exclusively vinifies its own production to craft characterful wines under the AOC Valais denomination. A dedicated team working across the vineyards, cellar, administration, and sales focuses on authentic grape varieties and a vinification style centered on finesse. The wines mature on the sun-drenched, stony slopes of the canton and bear traditional names from the local patois. In addition, the enterprise serves as a training facility, introducing apprentices to the profession of winemaking.
