About the estate
The Cave de la Sarvaz estate was founded in the early 1980s by Christian Perraudin in the Valais region of Switzerland. The winery cultivates just over five hectares of vineyards on the right bank of the Rhône, situated primarily within the municipality of Saillon under the AOC Valais denomination. The well-exposed vineyards and low yields yield ten different grape varieties. The estate avoids herbicides entirely and follows integrated production standards that go beyond standard requirements. In the cellar, the winery consistently avoids the use of barriques and blends in order to preserve pure and natural wine aromas.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Silvaner. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
