About the estate

The family estate Cave Chez Violaine in Salgesch in Valais looks back on a traditional history that was established in the 1980s when the parents ventured into independence. Today, the third generation manages the winery with great dedication and personal customer contact. Through sustainable management of natural soil resources, biological diversity and the stability of the ecosystem are promoted. Due to the scale of the operation, all working steps from vineyard maintenance to bottling and sales are carried out independently. The wines of the estate are protected under the AOC Valais denomination.
