About the estate

The Cave Adamare - Wenger & Marti winery is based in Salquenen in Valais and is managed by the family in the third generation. The origins of the estate date back to the grandparents, before the parents took the step towards independence in 1980 and established the foundation for the current infrastructure. Since early 2007, Violaine, Christine, and Rolf Marti-Wenger have been running the cellar, continuing the family business in the spirit of their predecessors. Viticulture takes place within the AOC Valais appellation with sustainable management to promote biodiversity and soil quality. Due to the size of the estate, all tasks from vineyard maintenance and bottling to sales are carried out independently.
