About the estate
The Castello di Radda estate is located in Radda in Chianti in Tuscany and cultivates forty hectares of vineyards organically. The vineyards extend across steep sites in the municipalities of Radda in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti, characterized by a cool climate and clay-limestone soils. At the center of production is the Sangiovese grape variety, which benefits from significant temperature variations between day and night. Vinification is carried out parcel by parcel through long macerations in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in large wooden casks and tonneaux. The portfolio includes wines from the Chianti Classico DOCG, Toscana IGT, and Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC appellations.
