About the estate
The Cantina del Frignano estate is located in Pazzano in the heart of Frignano Basso and was founded in 1993. The vineyards cover slightly more than five hectares on silty-clayey and calcareous soils at an altitude of 450 to 500 meters above sea level. Cultivated varieties include indigenous grapes as well as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, yielding organically certified still wines and sparkling wines produced by the traditional method. The annual production is around 15,000 to 18,000 bottles.
