About the estate
The Büchi Hofgut estate is located in the hamlet of Boltshausen on the southern slope of the Ottenberg in the Thurgau region and has been farmed by the fourth generation since 1999. The operation has completed the transition to organic farming and holds the Bio-Suisse certification. In addition to arable and fruit farming, the agricultural activities include a vineyard situated directly above the village. The product range features white wine, red wine, Blauburgunder Rosé, and marc. Visitors can taste the wines in a newly established tasting room and during events in the estate's own Holzofeschür.
