The BRIC CENCIURIO Az. Agr. s.s.a. di Pittatore A. e A. estate originates from an ancient family vineyard in the Roero and was founded in 1990 when Franco Pittatore and Carlo Sacchetto united their lands in Barolo and Roero. Today, the winery is managed by Franco's sons, Alessandro and Alberto, who tend to family-owned vineyards located in Barolo, Castellinaldo, and Magliano Alfieri. The agricultural approach relies strictly on manual labor, maintaining forested areas to preserve biodiversity and an ideal microclimate. In the cellar, the grapes are processed with utmost respect for their natural timeline and raw material. Production includes wines from denominations such as Barolo DOCG, Barbaresco DOCG, and Barbera D'Alba DOC.
