About the estate
The Bourquin estate in Ligerz on Lake Biel cultivates 2.9 hectares of vineyards. The business evolved from a grape vendor into a wine-producing enterprise with its own winemaking facilities, operating a cellar in Schernelz since 1984. In January 2011, Chantal and Manuel Bourquin took over the winery from the previous generation, Roger and Rosmarie Bourquin. The family continues the tradition by producing typical wines under the AOC Bern and AOC Bielersee denominations.

Der Blanc de Noirs duftet in der Nase nach Erdbeeren, frischen Früchten und zartem Honig. Dank der leichten Süsse hat der Wein eine sehr weiche und lebhafte Frische.
