About the estate
The Weingut Schlössli estate in Schafis is run in the sixth generation. Across six hectares of vineyards within the AOC Bern denomination, the winery produces a diverse range of wines. Cultivation follows environmentally friendly practices according to the guidelines of the ecological performance certificate and Bio Suisse. The estate avoids insecticides and herbicides while maintaining permanent cover crops to ensure high biodiversity. The wine cellar is open for tastings and sales.
