The cultivated grape varieties include Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Cabernet Dorsa, Merlot, and the white variety Sauvignac. The Rindisbacher family has already owned and tended the vineyard in Monte Carasso for sixty years. Winemaking takes place in their own winery near the city center of Bern.
