Founded in 2000, the Bodegas Resalte de Peñafiel, S.A.U. estate is located in Peñafiel at the heart of the Ribera del Duero region. Production focuses on the Tempranillo variety for red wines and Albillo Mayor for white wines. The winemaking process relies on manual harvesting with a double grape selection and gravity-fed operations to prevent oxidation. Each vineyard is vinified separately utilizing temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. For maturation, the winery employs traditional barrels alongside concrete tanks, clay vessels, and large casks.
