The Bodegas Olimarum, S.L. estate is located in Canalejas de Peñafiel within the Castilla y León region and represents the first winery founded in the municipality. Drawing on a long-standing winegrowing tradition, the Velasco family established their own organic project with vineyards situated at altitudes exceeding 900 meters. The high-elevation sites feature limestone and clay soils alongside a climate characterized by significant thermal amplitude. Cultivation focuses primarily on the Tinta del País or Tempranillo variety. Production takes place in recently built facilities designed for limited quantities and rigorous control.
