The Bodegas Navarro S.A. winery originated as a family wine estate in 1830 in Andalusia and specializes in the Montilla-Moriles appellation. The estate combines state-of-the-art winemaking technology with traditional aging methods using old oak barrels. A key element of production is the nocturnal harvest in September followed by the immediate pressing of the grapes. The storage capacity includes several cellars with traditional casks as well as stainless steel tanks for various production steps. As a long-standing wine producer and exporter, the company continuously invests in technological development and innovation in its production processes.
