About the estate
The Bodegas Robles winery was founded in 1927 in Montilla and is currently managed by the third generation of the family. The estate comprises 13 hectares of vineyards within the Montilla-Moriles denomination, cultivating varieties such as Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel. Since the late nineteen-nineties, the winery has focused entirely on organic agriculture, cover crops, and the use of native yeasts. This approach is developed in permanent dialogue with research centers and highlights the characteristics of the albariza soils. The wines are distributed internationally following sustainable production methods.
The eno directory lists 20 wines, mostly from Pedro Ximénez. The estate sells to distributors and horeca. Export markets include Germany.
