The Bodegas José Mellado Martín winery is located in Chipiona, Andalusia, continuing a long family tradition in viticulture. The origins of the enterprise date back to 1935. The estate cultivates its own vineyards and produces wines under the appellations Jerez-Xérès-Sherry DO and Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda DO. The portfolio includes Moscatel wines from hand-selected grapes as well as classic dry and semi-sweet Palomino wines aged in traditional oak casks. The range is complemented by a selection of premium vinegars.
