About the estate

The Hermann & Gaudio winery was founded in 2009 by Miriam and Maurizio in the Malcantone region of Ticino and operates as a family business within the Ticino DOC denomination. In the sunny vineyards, ecological methods are applied without the use of herbicides, supported by permanent cover cropping to preserve soil vitality. The production encompasses white, red, and rosé wines as well as sparkling wine, all crafted through meticulous manual labor and artisanal methods. While red wines are aged in barriques, white and rosé wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and aromatic profile.
