The Azienda Agricola IL Peraccio estate is located in Tuscany in Pelago in the hills of the Florentine Chianti between the Arno and Sieve rivers. The property has belonged to the Masiero family since 1968 and is managed by Francesco Masiero and his son Folco. Wine and olive oil production follows organic principles, and the grapes are entirely harvested by hand. The vinification process utilizes traditional grape varieties such as Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia, Trebbiano, and Colorino alongside modern and traditional methods including aging in terracotta amphorae and wood tonneaux. The wines fall under the Toscana IGT denomination.
