The Az Agr. Al di lè del Fiume estate located in Marzabotto in Emilia-Romagna is the first certified biodynamic winery in the Colli Bolognesi denomination. The farm spans approximately 27 hectares of land, which includes four hectares of vineyards, an orchard featuring heritage apple varieties, and fields for ancient grains. The estate practices biodynamic agriculture entirely without the use of chemical treatments, focusing on local and indigenous grape varieties. The agricultural approach is dedicated to restoring soil fertility and fostering a sustainable relationship between human activity and the natural environment.
