About the estate
The Atavica estate is a 17-hectare certified organic farm located in Tuscany, founded in 2024 by four friends. The winery cultivates 5.5 hectares of vineyards with grape varieties such as Sangiovese, Vermentino, Pugnitello, and Foglia Tonda. Additionally, the property includes 5.5 hectares of olive groves featuring Frantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo. Production focuses on low-intervention organic natural wines and organic olive oil. The wines are classified under the Toscana IGT denomination.
The eno directory lists 13 wines, mostly from Vermentino and Sangiovese.
