Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Atavica ist ein 17 Hektar großer, biologisch zertifizierter Betrieb in der Toskana, der im Jahr 2024 von vier Freunden gegründet wurde. Auf einer Rebfläche von 5,5 Hektar werden Rebsorten wie Sangiovese, Vermentino, Pugnitello und Foglia Tonda kultiviert. Zusätzlich bewirtschaftet der Betrieb Olivenhaine mit den Sorten Frantoio, Leccino und Moraiolo. Die Erzeugung umfasst naturnahe, biologische Weine mit geringem Eingriff sowie Bio-Olivenöl. Die Vermarktung erfolgt unter der Denomination Toscana IGT.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 13 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Vermentino und Sangiovese.
