Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Atavica est une exploitation agricole biologique certifiée de 17 hectares située en Toscane, fondée en 2024 par quatre amis. Le domaine cultive 5,5 hectares de vignobles avec des cépages tels que Sangiovese, Vermentino, Pugnitello et Foglia Tonda. De plus, la propriété comprend 5,5 hectares d'oliveraies comprenant Frantoio, Leccino et Moraiolo. La production se concentre sur des vins naturels biologiques à faible intervention et de l'huile d'olive biologique. Les vins sont classés sous la dénomination Toscana IGT.
L'annuaire eno recense 13 vins, principalement issus de Vermentino et Sangiovese.
