About the estate
The Artisan Xeranthia winery was founded in 2017 by winemaker D. Antonio José Bustillo Pérez, building upon a family winemaking tradition dating back to the late 19th century. The estate farms four hectares of vineyards at the Finca Ntra. Sra. De Palomares in the Pago de Añina, an emblematic vine-growing area within the Sherry region. Production focuses on crafting Sherry wines under the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry and Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda denominations. Additionally, the estate specializes in seasoning oak casks with quality wines for the spirits industry.
