About the estate

The Swiss winery Artisan Vigneron cultivates its vineyards in Valais according to biodynamic principles in harmony with the natural cycle. The estate avoids chemical fertilizers, relying instead on compost, plant extracts, soil cultivation, and cover crops. The primary objective is to produce authentic wines with a strong terroir typicity, prominent freshness, and minerality. Vinification is carried out gently with indigenous yeasts and bacteria, without filtration or thermal regulation in the cellar. Furthermore, chemical molecules are entirely avoided, and the addition of sulfites is kept to a minimum.
