About the estate
The Adega Castrofiz winery was founded in 2017 in Chantada by two friends with the objective of crafting wines rooted in local winemaking traditions and respect for the land. The estate manages four hectares of vineyards within the Ribeira Sacra DO denomination and applies sustainable viticultural practices. The product range includes several red and white wines such as Mencía, Tradición, Barrica, and Amenza, produced through respectful oenological techniques that avoid any animal-derived fining agents.
