Le Cratère is an organic Traditional Method sparkling rosé wine made in very limited quantities (just 940 bottles) from Syrah grapes, which are solely all grown inside the 200-metre-wide meteorite crater from which Domaine du Météore takes its name.

A very pretty, bright pale colour with rosy-peach skin highlights. The nose opens on red fruit and blood orange. The palate is dynamic and well structured. We find the fresh, saline finish that is so characteristic of this cuvée.
