Le domaine ΙΔΑΙΑ ΟΙΝΟΠΟΙΗΤΙΚΗ a été fondé en 2000 par les œnologues Vasilis Laderos et Kalliopi Volitaki dans le village de Venerato, au sud d'Iraklio. Cette exploitation familiale est située au cœur du vignoble crétois, au sein de l'appellation PDO Dafnes. Les vignes se trouvent dans une topographie montagneuse sur des pentes orientées au nord, à des altitudes allant de 400 à 550 mètres, sur des sols principalement calcaires et arides. En raison du terrain accidenté, tous les travaux de la vigne ainsi que les vendanges sont réalisés manuellement. L'objectif du domaine est de mettre en valeur les cépages indigènes et le vignoble crétois aux multiples facettes.
L'annuaire eno recense 13 vins, principalement issus de Liatiko et Mandilaria.
