Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut ΙΔΑΙΑ ΟΙΝΟΠΟΙΗΤΙΚΗ wurde im Jahr 2000 von den Oenologen Vasilis Laderos und Kalliopi Volitaki im Dorf Venerato südlich von Iraklio gegründet. Der Familienbetrieb liegt im Herzen des kretischen Weinbaugebiets innerhalb der Denomination Δαφνές PDO. Die Rebflächen befinden sich in einer gebirgigen Topographie auf north-facing Hängen in Höhenlagen von 400 bis 550 Metern auf überwiegend kalkhaltigen und mageren Böden. Aufgrund des bergigen Geländes erfolgen alle Arbeiten im Weinberg sowie die Weinlese ausschließlich manuell. Das Ziel des Betriebs ist die Hervorhebung der einheimischen Rebsorten und des vielseitigen kretischen Weinbergs.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 13 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Liatiko und Mandilaria.
