Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Maison Viticole Schmit-Fohl est établi au cœur du village d'Ahn, dans la région de la Moselle luxembourgeoise, depuis sept générations. En 2021, Nicolas et Mathieu ont repris le domaine de 14,5 hectares et converti les vignes à l'agriculture biologique. Les vignobles sont tous situés dans un rayon de quatre kilomètres autour du village et présentent des sols composés essentiellement de calcaire coquillier. Les vendanges sont effectuées exclusivement à la main et la vinification implique une intervention minimale afin de produire des vins authentiques dotés d'une forte expression du terroir.
L'annuaire eno recense 23 vins, principalement issus de Chardonnay et Riesling.
