L'azienda Maison Viticole Schmit-Fohl ha sede nel cuore del villaggio di Ahn, nella regione della Moselle Luxembourgeoise, da sette generazioni. Nel 2021 Nicolas e Mathieu hanno rilevato la tenuta di 14,5 ettari e convertito i vigneti all'agricoltura biologica. I vigneti si trovano tutti in un raggio di quattro chilometri dal villaggio e presentano terreni costituiti essenzialmente da calcare conchiglifero. La vendemmia viene effettuata esclusivamente a mano e la vinificazione prevede un intervento minimo per produrre vini autentici con una forte espressione del terroir.
La directory eno registra 23 vini, prevalentemente da Chardonnay e Riesling.
