La bodega Maison Viticole Schmit-Fohl está establecida en el corazón del pueblo de Ahn, en la región de la Moselle Luxembourgeoise, desde hace siete generaciones. En 2021, Nicolas y Mathieu asumieron la dirección de la finca de 14,5 hectáreas y convirtieron los viñedos a la agricultura ecológica. Los viñedos se encuentran todos en un radio de cuatro kilómetros del pueblo y presentan suelos compuestos esencialmente de roca caliza conconcha. La vendimia se realiza exclusivamente a mano y la vinificación conlleva una intervención mínima para producir vinos auténticos con una fuerte expresión del terroir.
El directorio eno registra 23 vinos, sobre todo de Chardonnay y Riesling.
