The Willi Schaefer estate is a traditional family winery located in Graach on the Mosel, with winemaking documented back to 1590. Since 2015, the winery has been managed jointly by Christoph Schaefer and his wife Andrea. The estate cultivates 4.7 hectares of vineyards dedicated exclusively to Riesling. The wines are characterized by a fine balance of residual sweetness and acidity, enjoying high international acclaim. Approximately 70 percent of the annual production is exported.
