About the estate

The Vitse-Boydens estate is located in the polders of Bredene in West Flanders. The winery cultivates the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris grape varieties, producing Belgian sparkling wines made by the traditional method as well as still wines. Vineyard management follows the principles of a circular economy with a strong focus on natural methods and sustainability. The estate utilizes rainwater harvesting, natural pest control through beneficial insects, and the use of sheep during the winter months for weed control. The wines are marketed under the Vlaamse Landwijn PGI denomination.
