About the estate

The Pflüger winery in Bad Dürkheim cultivates its vineyards in the Palatinate region using biodynamic methods focused on the harmony between humans and nature. As one of the pioneers in the area, the estate converted to organic viticulture as early as the late 1990s. The portfolio features origin-driven wines from sites such as Michelsberg, Spielberg, Fuchsmantel, and Ölberg. In the cellar, minimal intervention, spontaneous fermentation, and extended yeast aging are employed to emphasize the individual character of the origin. The team relies on experienced manual labor, avoids synthetic aids, and maintains a respectful approach toward soils and vines.
