About the estate

The Weinhof Martin estate was founded in the late 1960s by Josef and Else Martin as a farmstead in the vineyards of the Rheingau community of Erbach and is now managed in the third generation by Michael Martin. The family-run winery cultivates nearly ten hectares of vineyards using environmentally friendly methods in sites such as the Erbacher Michelmark, Steinmorgen, and the premium Kiedricher Gräfenberg site. Vineyard management includes yield-reducing pruning and careful manual selection prior to harvest. In the cellar, white wines are aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, while red wines mature in wooden and barrique barrels. The portfolio includes fruity white wines, characterful red wines, sparkling wines, and spirits.

The eno directory lists 8 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Blanc. The estate sells to retail.
