About the estate

The Weingut zur Römerkelter estate is located along the Moselle region and maintains a tradition dating back to 1729. The vineyards are distributed across steep sites such as the Maring-Noviander Honigberg, Maringer Sonnenuhr, Maring-Noviander Römerpfad, and Maringer Klosterberg. The soils are predominantly shaped by blue, gray, and red Devonslate as well as loamy and clayey sediments. The grape variety portfolio includes Riesling, Pinot Noir, Müller-Thurgau, Cabernet Cortis, Cabernet Blanc, and Sauvignac. The resulting wines feature ripe fruit aromas, balanced acidity, and the characteristic style of the Middle Moselle.
