About the estate
Located in Zell on the Moselle, the Schier estate is run by the family across generations and has been dedicated to cultivating fungus-resistant grape varieties for 25 years. Sustainable and artisan Piwi wines are produced on the vineyards with a focus on greater biodiversity along the Moselle. The portfolio includes grape varieties such as Regent, Solaris, Johanniter, Souvignier Gris, Cabernet Blanc, and Muscaris. With the entry of Florian as the new generation, the Piwi areas have been continuously expanded and the wine range steadily developed.
