The Weingut Schäfer - Anja Schäfer estate is an eight-hectare family business located in Hochheim am Main in the Rheingau region, managed by Anja Schäfer since mid-2025. Jefke and Jutta Schäfer continue to support the winery with their experience. In top sites in Hochheim, the estate primarily cultivates Riesling alongside Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, and Souvignier Gris. Many of the vineyards are between 30 and 50 years old, producing extract-rich and substantial wines. Vinification is carried out gently and reductively to preserve the fine-fruity and fragrant character of the wines.
