About the estate

The Knobloch estate located in Ober-Flörsheim in Rheinhessen practices organic viticulture to ensure a careful use of natural resources. The active and strong soils in the organic vineyard supply the vines with essential nutrients, enabling them to develop resistance against pests. In the cellar, the winery completely avoids synthetic aids to allow the wines to fully develop their aromas. This labor-intensive approach results in lower yields but produces digestible wines of high quality, as the winery is convinced.
