About the estate

Located in Muttenz in German-speaking Switzerland, the Jauslin estate is currently managed as a family business in the fourth and fifth generations. The roots of the winery date back to the 19th century, with the estate having bottled and marketed its own wines since 1966. Various grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Bacchus, Riesling-Silvaner, Gutedel, and Diolinoir are cultivated in the vineyards. The vineyard sites feature diverse soil conditions, ranging from calcareous Jura soils to clayey-loamy plots. The entire production process from the vine to the wine is managed independently by the family.
