About the estate
The Weingut Hug estate is located in Pfaffenweiler in the Markgräflerland region and looks back on over 25 years of organic viticulture. The winery combines artisanal quality with sustainable methods, cultivating fungus-resistant PIWI grape varieties alongside traditional ones. In both the vineyard and the cellar, a gentle, natural approach with minimal intervention is applied to produce distinctive wines. Visitors can taste the wines directly at the estate's vinothek or in its seasonal wine tavern. Distribution is handled via direct farm sales as well as the winery's own online shop.
