About the estate

The Eller estate is a family-owned business located in Dorn-Dürkheim in Rheinhessen that has been engaged in viticulture since 1838. The winery has established itself as a pioneer specializing in the production of histamine-tested and vegan wines crafted entirely without the addition of animal products. The special treatment begins in the vineyard with the strict selection of flawless grapes with minimal microorganism adherence. In the cellar, the must is predominantly aged in stainless steel tanks using specific starter cultures alongside the addition of clay to bind histamine. In 2016, the estate expanded through the acquisition of the Zehnthof and has since continued operations as a traditional winery under its own logo.
