About the estate

The Biolandhof Rinklin estate, located in Eichstetten am Kaiserstuhl in the Baden region, has been farmed under controlled organic management since 1955 and was involved in the founding of the Bioland association. The grapes for the wines thrive on the deep, calcareous loess soils of the eastern Kaiserstuhl. The grape variety spectrum includes Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Muskateller, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Regent, and various fungus-resistant varieties. In the cellar, the grapes undergo gentle processing, and the wines are typically vinified into dry wines without chaptalization and using the wine's own yeast flora.

The eno directory lists 29 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Export markets include Austria, Italy, France and Belgium.
