About the estate
The Peter Jostock estate cultivates six hectares of vineyards in steep and gentle slopes around Leiwen along the Moselle. The family-run winery is managed today by Pia and Paul Jostock together with the entire family. Well-known vineyard sites include the Leiwener Laurentiuslay, Piesporter Goldtröpfchen, Mehringer Zellerberg, and Leiwener Klostergarten. The vineyard work involves a high degree of manual labor, focusing primarily on Riesling alongside Burgundy varieties and red wines. Vinification is carried out using modern techniques within a historic slate cellar built in 1865.
